The education and training are one of the most important factors for safe. Efficient, economical and environment friendly in
ship operation. Based on this philosophy, Pacific Marine is offering in-house training in Port Moresby. The training consists of
learning the discipline of operating the ship, i.e. the practice of navigation, communication, machinery watchkeeping and
control systems, manage cargo handling, ballasting, tank cleaning, bunkering procedures, etc.
We have a liaison officer attached with our sister organisation, the Pacific Maritime Training College (PMTC); they also
provide training on behalf of us, selection and manning.
Our crewing agency does the manning and crewing for the three (3) shipping vessels we look after including Pacific Sailor,
Pacific Trainer and MV Danaya.
